GENERAL

Daughters of Conjure™ is a hair care brand inspired by the swamp flora and fauna of the Mississippi Delta. The collections pay homage to our founder’s great grandmother and generations of women who healed and nurtured their communities with these magical ingredients and folklore of the bayou.

PRODUCT

None of our products are tested on animals. The buffalo horn and boar hair for the hair tools are byproduct and sourced ethically.

We source the buffalo horn from India and Nigeria. The combs and brushes are handcrafted in Vietnam.

All of our glass and paper packaging can be recycled locally. Buffalo horn products are biodegradable.

ORDERS & SHIPPING

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Paypal.

Pre-orders items are produced in limited runs and are not available for immediate shipment. Availability and allocation window is always noted on each product page.

Allocation is a limited ordering window that allows us to determine production quantities. Once allocation closes, production begins.

Pre-orders are expected to ship approximately 3-4 weeks for combs and 14–16 weeks for potions after allocation closes. All shipping timelines are estimates and may shift slightly as production unfolds.

Allocation opens March 4, 2026 and may close based on demand. Once allocation closes, shipping timelines are confirmed.

Orders containing both in-stock items (such as combs) and pre-order items may ship separately. Shipping is calculated per shipment at checkout.

All orders, including pre-orders, are charged at checkout.

Yes, international shipping is available to select countries. International orders ship DAP (Delivered at Place). Import VAT & customs fees are not included and may be due upon delivery. Any duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, and import fees determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included at checkout.

Orders refused due to unpaid customs fees or failed delivery attempts are not eligible for refunds.

Because pre-orders are produced in limited allocation, changes or cancellations may not be possible once allocation has closed.

RETURNS

All sales are final, and we do not accept returns. If your product arrives damaged, please contact info@daughtersofconjure.com within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the product and packaging. Once verified, we will issue a replacement at no additional cost. Refunds are not issued for damaged items.
